Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A secondary email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Order Evaluation

All orders are reviewed for security purposes. If an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent or too risky to fulfill, the payment will be canceled, and all funds will be returned to the original payment method.

Order Processing Times

We aim to process all orders within 2-4 business days. However, during sales, product launches, holidays, or other high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5-10 business days. Processing times do not include transit (shipping) times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is FREE for all domestic orders over $100. If your order does not reach $100 we will charge shipping based on weight.

Estimated Shipping Times

Domestic (Standard): 1-5 business days after processing. All orders are shipped USPS or UPS depending on weight.

Where We Ship

We ship natiowide! At this time we are only domestic in the United States.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are generally not possible as orders move quickly into processing. If you need assistance, contact us immediately at feralfarmacy@gmail.com and if the order is not fulfilled we can assist to change or cancel.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at feralfarmacy@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’re happy to assist with a resolution. Damaged items by the mail carrier will result in a refund or replacement.

We care deeply about our customers and want you to have the best possible experience with Feral Farmacy. Please review our return policy below:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Additionally, we cannot accept unused or unopened products more than 7 days after order delivery.

Inspect Your Order

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Custom Merchandise

All merchandise is custom printed to order and is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please carefully review descriptions and sizing information before placing your order for shirts and things of that nature.

Allergy and Sensitivity Disclaimer

We provide a full ingredient list for each product to help you make informed purchasing decisions. Please read this list carefully to check for potential allergens. Feral Farmacy is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. If you experience a reaction, contact us for tips or alternative ways to use the product and'/or reach out to a medical professional. We always recommend trying new products on a test spot before lathering.

Scent, Texture, and Color Preferences

As a small, handcrafted business, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for personal preferences regarding scent, texture, or color.

Product Care

To maintain the quality and integrity of our products:

• Avoid adding water to the containers as water can cause contamination quickly.

• Store products in a cool, dry place, especially in our products that contain essential oils.

• Use clean, dry utensils or fingers when handling products to prevent cross contamination.

Improper storage or contamination may lead to spoilage, for which we cannot provide replacements or refunds. Additionally, each product has a “shelf life”… If you are uncertain of what that is, please reach out so we can help.

Summer Shipping Disclaimer

During warmer months, creams and butters may arrive melted or in a liquid state due to high temperatures. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of this occurrence. If this happens, place the product upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies. The quality of the product remains unaffected, and refunds will not be issued for consistency changes caused by heat during transit. For whipped products, you are welcome to re-whip once the fats/oils solidify again.
